The Entertainment Software Association‘s vice president, Rich Taylor, stated through Twitter that a major announcement regarding E3 will be coming this Monday.

“Hey guys,” he said. “On Monday I’ll be making a big announcement regarding E3 2013, so be sure to follow me for updates and spread the word!”

Gematsu reports that there’s a possibility that E3 will not be held in L.A next year, due to various reasons. The ESA president, Michael Gallagher, previously stated that they had run into problems with E3 2012. Apparently they would try to resolve the issue, otherwise E3 will be moved to another location. It’s expected that this major announcement will be regarding the dispute and whether or not they’ll move to another city.
