PlayStation Plus – May 7 Specific Updates
PlayStation Plus will be receiving two new games to their lineup. One is on discount, while the other one is free. If you already got a PS Plus subscription running, you should be able to enjoy the games starting today.

PlayStation 4 Unveil Indeed Happening on Feb. 20
A PlayStation 4 unveil is indeed happening on February 20th.
A source to The Wall Street Journal stated the following:
“Sony’s device will be released later this year, these people [familiar with the matter] said, and will spar against Microsoft’s own machine, which is also expected to be released by the holidays”.
Furthermore, the console will focus on a more social gaming aspect, along with how users actually use the console. Apparently Sony considered removing the system’s disc drive in favor of an all-digital machine. This was, thankfully, scrapped due to concerns over lack of internet speed and game sizes.
It has been sort-of confirmed that PlayStation Plus will be staying with the PS4. Some of the specifications for the console were previously leaked, although the authenticity of them are questionable.
Playstation Plus is Staying Throughout Next Generation
Playstation Plus will not disappear with the release of the PS4.

Apparently a fan had asked whether or not it would be worth buying 15 months of PS Plus considering the release of the next-gen console is fast approaching.
White PlayStation 3 Bundle Announced
A White PlayStation 3 bundle has been announced by Sony.
This new PS3 model comes with a hard drive of 500 GB, and a year-long subscription to PlayStation Plus. This new version of the console will arrive in North America on January 27th. It will cost $299. That being said, the PS Plus subscription would have set you back with $49.99 had you paid for it separately. The console will also come with a white PS3 controller.
The subscription will allow you to download and play games such as, LittleBigPlanet 2, Infamous 2, Resident Evil 5, and more, for free.
Darksiders Available for PlayStation Plus Members for Free
Darksiders is available for free for PlayStation Plus members.
The game was created by Vigil Games, and it was released in 2010. Sony released quite a lot of games for free now in 2013. Among other things, NBA Jam: On Fire Edition, as well as Mega Man 9 and 10 are/were available for free on PSN.
