LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval’s Journey Drops in June?
LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval’s Journey may be released in mid to late-June, according to retailers. Amazon has listed the game for a release on June 25th. GameFly previously had a product page for the game, but it was removed. GameStop on the other hand lists the game to June 18th. Point being, we can most likely expect a release of the game in the latter half of June.
The game will be released to PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo DS.
5 Minecraft Plugins for Artsy Crafters
When I was a kid, I developed my building addiction with Legos and Lincoln Logs. Now, I don’t have to waste my hard-earned cash on plastic when I can get my building fix by crafting. Minecraft is so completely open that I can’t really conceive of running out of ideas.
Along the way, you end up trying a bunch of custom Minecraft mods to build, design and save your creations. Mojang is awesome partly because they’ve treated user-generated content like mods and specialized Minecraft servers in a pretty friendly fashion.
But not all crafters (or the tools they use) are created equal. Some of you guys are intensely more artistic than the rest of us troglodytes, and I’ve worked hard to crack some of your secrets. A lot of brilliant programmers have added their tools to the modding community, and I think these five are particularly useful for artsy types. Read More…

External Wii U Hard Drive Required When Downloading Lego City: Undercover
On Lego City: Undercover‘s website we’re warned that, “an external hard drive is required to download this software”.
Since the Wii U basic only has about 8 GB of internal hard drive space, and the game itself is about 22 GB. Well, let’s just say it doesn’t take rocket science to figure out that the equation doesn’t work. Even the players with a Premium set of the Wii U might need to look into external hard drive space since most of the 32 GB hard drive space is reserved for its operating system.
“You can plug in a full-on three terabyte hard drive if you want. I’ll love you as a digital consumer,” said Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime.
“The reason we did it that way is that the cost of that type of storage memory is plummeting. What we didn’t want to do is tie a profit model to something that’s gonna rapidly decline over time. We’ll let the consumer buy as much as they want, as cheaply as they want.”

LEGO City: Undercover Skips Multiplayer

Lego City: Undercover Launching in March
Lego City: Undercover will be launching in Australia and New Zealand on March 28th.
In LEGO City: Undercover, multi-talented cop Chase McCain is trying to arrest the dangerous Rex Fury who is responsible for the recent crime wave in LEGO City. To do this he goes undercover, exploring the sprawling open-world LEGO City and donning a range of different costumes for special abilities; for example, dressed up as a miner he can utilise dynamite, while becoming a robber lets him pry open doors. The unique properties of the Wii U GamePad controller come into play throughout the hunt for Rex Fury. The GamePad functions as a Communicator to talk to others, is used to scan the surroundings for clues or criminals, or to view the handy map and GPS route when driving around the city.
Sounds interesting, right? Undercover will be released through retail and via eShop. The prequel to the game, Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins is scheduled to launch sometime in 2013.
