Double Fine Productions Talks About Broken Age in Documentary
Double Fine Productions recently discussed Broken Age in a documentary.
The documentary shows the developers talking about the reveal and development of Broken Age. The game was previously known under the name Double Fine Adventure.

Broken Age Announced as Double Fine Adventure
Broken Age has been confirmed to be Double Fine Adventure.
The game is a point-and-click game which tells the story of a boy and a girl leading parallel lives. The official site states the following about the game:
“The girl has been chosen by her village to be sacrificed to a terrible monster–but she decides to fight back. Meanwhile, a boy on a spaceship is living a solitary life under the care of a motherly computer, but he wants to break free to lead adventures and do good in the world. Adventures ensue.”
Broken Age is currently open for pre-ordering. There are two different pre-order versions. One is if you buy it for $15, you get the game once it gets released along with beta access. For $30 you get backer access and the game once released. The backer access gives you access to, “private backer-only discussion forums, all past and ongoing episodes of 2 Player Productions’ documentary series following the development of the game, a wealth of development materials from the Double Fine team, a digital soundtrack, beta access when available, and of course the DRM-free game download for PC, Mac, & Linux.”
The Cave Coming to Ouya
The Cave will be arriving on the upcoming Ouya console.
The adventure game is developed by Double Fine and was funded through Kickstarter. Ouya’s CEO Julie Uhrman talked about the games being released to the console during D.I.C.E.. Apparently there’s more than 450 games being planned to be released to the upcoming console.
Brutal Legend Coming to Steam?
Brutal Legend might be coming to Steam.
Apparently Brutal Legend was found in Steam’s database. We also could find “Double Fine Bundle 2013”. The bundle apparently included Psychonauts, Costume Quest, Stacking and Brutal Legend. There was no release date mentioned.

The Cave Is Coming to Wii U
Double Fine‘s The Cave will be coming to Wii U.
The announcement came from the developer, Double Fine Productions, during PAX Prime. A release date hasn’t been set, but we can expect the title in 2013.
So, who is actually behind the game? Nintendo World reports that Ron Gilbert, known for making Maniac Mansion and The Curse of Monkey Island, directed The Cave.
