EA Refuses to Refund Digital Copies of SimCity

In the latest turn of event, EA has refused to refund digital copies of SimCity bought through Origin. Strangely enough, physical copies are still being refunded.

EA’s community manager  Ars Technica tweeted:

“[i]f you regrettably feel that we let you down, you can of course request a refund for your order… though we’re currently still in the process of resolving this issue.”

The tweet was then altered to:

“please review our refund policy here.”
