Indie Projects: Homesick

Homesick is an upcoming game being created by Lucky Pause.

I’m pretty curious about this game as it sets out to have something a lot of games are missing; having logical puzzles. The environments are beautiful, and so is the art style in general. According to Greenlight on Steam, the game will cost under $15.  I probably need to know some more about the puzzles before I make up my mind, but it’s looking really promising.

This are the promises that Lucky Pause is aiming to keep:

- challenging, logical puzzles
- learn new abilities to unlock puzzles
- multiple ways to solve puzzles
- optional side puzzles that expand the story
- a day time world and a nightmare world, each with different game play
- solve puzzles in one world to effect the other

The only platform the game is being developed on is the PC, and it will only supports English.  The preliminary release date is for the early summer of 2013. Below you can see some screenshots from the game:
