Too Human has been removed from Xbox Marketplace in response to a lawsuit.
A statement from Microsoft said the following:
“Microsoft received a Recall Notice from Silicon Knights for Too Human, and we have removed the game from Xbox LIVE Marketplace accordingly. We have no comment regarding, nor involvement with the case between Silicon Knights and Epic.”
A court ruling filed in 2012 demanded that Silicon Knights will stop distributing all its games using Epic Games‘ Unreal Engine.
