Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate‘s rooster has been updated with Ein from Dead or Alive: Dimensions, and  Virtua Fighter’s Jacky Bryant.Previous additions from Virtua Fighter includes Akira Yuki, Pai Chan, and Sarah Bryant.

A September 5th release date has also been set, alongside a price of  6,090 yen. In Japan, that is.

Conception II: Guidance of Seven Stars and Muzzle’s Nightmare‘s release date has been set. The PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS RPG from Spike Chunsoft will be released on August 22nd. In Japan, that is. Localization of the game has not been revealed. The game is said to cost 6,729 yen.

A demo of the game will be released via PSN next month.

Thief Reboot, Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed IV, Battlefield 4 Confirmed for Xbox One

A wide range of next-gen titles will be released to Xbox One. The Thief reboot, Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Battlefield 4, are just some of those titles. All of the titles will be revealed more in-depth during E3 next month. 

Interestingly enough, Ubisoft‘s Yves Guillemot said that “at least six next-gen games” will be brought to Xbox One within the first year. This includes “a mix of new episodes of existing franchises, new IPs, and digital titles.”

Halo TV Series Announced for Xbox One

Halo TV series have been announced for Xbox One. Apparently the show is being lead by  filmmaker, director, and producer Steven Spielberg.  343 Industries and Xbox Entertainment Studios will also be working on it alongside Spielberg.

Quantum Break Announced for Xbox One

Quantum Break, a new game from the developer’s of Alan Wake and Max Payne, has been announced for Xbox One. The developer Remedy Entertainment announced the new new game / TV show IP for Microsoft‘s new console.

According to Microsoft the game/IP  “blurs the line between gaming and TV by integrating drama and gameplay into one seamless, uniquely immersive experience.” It continues, “How you play the game impacts the show, and the show informs how you play the game.”

The first trailer for the game has been released already. “Time is the fire in which we burn,” teases the clip.

Microsoft Reveals Xbox One, Specifications, Hand Controller

Microsoft has revealed its latest console: Xbox One. The next-gen console comes with the following specifications: 8GB of DDR3 RAM, 500GB hard drive, Blu-ray drive, and an 8-core CPU. The Xbox one also comes with Kinect by default. It also comes with multiple 802.11n radios and an Gigabit Ethernet port.

The Xbox controller has also been updated. It really isn’t anything interesting to say about it, but Game Informer has a more in-depth look at it.

As for the used games. You need to pay to play previously owned game. Furthermore, all games need to be installed on the console’s hard drive. The Xbox 360 game cannot be played on the console. On a more positive note, the online-mandatory part is something the game designers can choose.
